How to get there

By public transport
Train
The easiest way to get there by public transport is to take the train from Firenze S.M.N. and get off at Firenze Castello station. From Firenze Castello station, it is just a short walk (about 5 minutes). Be careful though, because the last trains back leave early.
Bus
If you want a more exciting experience, take tram line T1 towards Careggi. Get off at the Vittorio Emanuele II stop. Walk to the terminus of bus lines 2 and 28, located in Piazza Dalmazia. It’s about a 5-minute walk, but the route isn’t exactly intuitive: ask a technological or human navigator. At the bus terminus, take the aforementioned buses (2 or 28, either is fine) towards Calenzano (for the 2) or Sesto Fiorentino (for the 28) and get off at the Sestese Termine stop (yes, you might think that the Di Bellagio stop is the right one, but it’s not). From there, it’s a short walk.
By motor vehicle
Ask a tech navigator; the map and address are above. IMPORTANT: the NextEmerson car park is small and fills up quickly. To avoid any hassle, park at the Firenze Castello Station car park (huge and quiet). It’s just a few minutes’ walk away.
By plane
If you arrive at Florence Vespucci Airport, take tram line T2 from the airport and get off at the Alamanni stop. From there, you will be at Stazione S.M.N. and can follow the instructions above “By public transport”.
